1. Can I customize every aspect of my shoes?
Colloid Colors offers customization options with various customizable shoes and sneakers styles to upload your favourite designs. However, customization for shoe laces and soles is not available at this time.
2. What print files I can upload for customization?
At Colloid Colors, we encourage your creativity. You can upload various design print files such as your favorite photos, images, pictures, artwork, text, or logos to create your unique custom printed shoes and sneakers. 3. What are the accepted file formats for print files?
Colloid Colors accepts common image file formats such as JPEG,JPG, PNG for design uploads. To ensure the best results, please adhere to the following guidelines when uploading your design file:
- Preferred file format: JPG ,JPEG or PNG.
- Min.150 DPI or High-resolution image (300 DPI or higher) for best print quality.
- Maximum file size: 10MB.
- Ensure your design fits & fully covers the designated print area of the sneakers.

To customize your shoes or sneakers, follow these simple steps:

- Browse our collection of customizable shoes and sneakers.
- Select the desired shoe or sneaker style and proceed to the product detail page.
- Click the "Customize now" option to access our user-friendly shoe design app with mockup generator.
- Upload your design file after selecting "My files" option.
- Preview your customized shoe or sneaker in the mockup generator.
- Once you're satisfied, add the shoe to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Yes, Our mockup generator provides a real-time preview of your design on the shoes or sneakers. This allows you to visualize how your custom printed sneakers or shoes will look before making a purchase.
6. What is your return policy for custom sneakers?
We accept the return within 30 days of purchase for any manufacturing defect or error on our part. Since each pair of custom shoes or sneakers is created specifically for you, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for design-related dissatisfaction. We recommend verifying all design aspects and size selection before placing your order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. 7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

8. How long will it take to receive my customized sneakers?
The production time for customized shoes or sneakers can vary depending on the style and complexity of the design. Once your order is placed and the design is confirmed, our team will start the production process. We normally take 5 to 7 days for producing your custom footwear . For shipping, we offer both Standard and Expedited/Express shipping methods using FedEx-US, FedEx, DHL services .Please review our shipping policy for additional details. You can always track your order using tracking number.
9. Do Colloid Colors offers international shipping?
Yes ,We do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your currency and country before placing your order.
